4 | Develop a Healthy Lifestyle
Have a diet and exercise program that is effective and something that you can live with. On again, off again, does not a quality lifestyle make. One of the best and healthiest diets I’ve ever found to date is the ketone diet. It is practical and reasonable and something many people can stick to. You can read about it here. As far as exercise, the High Intensity Interval Training program is the hottest exercise program out there today, and I feel it is one of the best. 5 | Energy Field
Another aspect of having a great life is having a clean and healthy energy field. Most people don’t realize this but we are made of energy and have an energy field around us called an aura. There are many different types of energies out there but one of the best is reiki. 6 | Live Your Purpose and Be Who You Are
One of the saddest states a person can be in – is to be living their life without living their purpose. We all have a purpose – knowing what that purpose is and living it is the most fulfilling and rewarding gift you can give yourself.

7 | Positive Friends
It’s so important to surround yourself with positive upbeat friends that encourage you and lift you up. It is surreal how much that negative people can affect not just your mood but your health and your energy field. If you are surrounded by negative people – perhaps you consider culling the crowd!
