Can a person really change their health and well-being just by changing the way they think, and by unblocking their emotions? What about stress, what impact is this truly having on our bodies?
Kyle Davies discusses what he believes to be the root cause of not only chronic fatigue syndrome but a myriad of other illnesses as well and that is, suppressed emotions. Although, he says that’s not the only cause there are other causes as well from many different areas, but he believes that suppressed emotions are a major cause or a contributing factor to a number of illnesses.
Davies stretches your imagination and dares you to think “outside the box” with one of this countries’ most common and yet more difficult problems to treat – chronic fatigue syndrome.
Kyle Davies he is a Chartered Psychologist, therapist, coach, consultant, speaker & author. He is the creator of Energy-Flow Coaching™ which helps people regain their health and live the life they were meant to live.
“Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is the ultimate mind/body disease, and provides a very clear illustration as to how the mind and body interact, creating either health (balance) or disease (imbalance).” Rebecca Metro
The problem is that suppressed emotions cause stress in the body often without the person realizing it as the body then treats the chronic stress as normal and it doesn’t go back to normal unless specific effort is put forth to get the body out of that stressed state.
When the body stays in a stressed state long enough it becomes rewired in that stressed state – and this can cause long-term health problems.
Davies not only talks about the problems causing chronic fatigue syndrome but gives a solution that he has used to help many people overcome this illness. He uses a system he developed called, “Energy-Flow Coaching™” in which he has had great success.
